Stock Market Wizards: Steve Watson

So I actually looked up this Steve Watson guy online... for some reason I find the idea of working for guys like this appealing. What he does, much similiar to other Lynch-istonians is look for a catalyst. He'll look for a catalyst to get long or the removal of a catatlyst to short. He often focuses on small caps b/c he feels he can get an edge. What he did that I found absolutely amusing was that he would call up the CFO's of these small cap companies or even call up their competitors, customers, suppliers to try to gain some information and edge on the street.
